Generalities
1. The Department of analysis, forecasting and accounting of veterinary measures is a structural division of the state institution "Department of veterinary medicine of the Kostanay region akimat".
2. The Department of analysis, forecasting and accounting of veterinary measures in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
3. Тhe Structure and staff number of the Department of analysis, forecasting and accounting of veterinary measures shall be approved by an authorized official of the state body in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The Department of analysis, forecasting and accounting of veterinary measures consists of:
1) head of Department;
2) chief specialist;
3) chief specialist;
4) chief specialist;
5) of the main specialist.
