Generalities
1. the Department of biological safety is a structural division of the state institution "veterinary Department of Kostanay region akimat".
2. the Department of biological safety in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
3. the Structure and staff number of the biological safety Department shall be approved by an authorized official of the state body in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. the biosecurity Department consists of:
1) head of Department;
2) chief specialist;
3) chief specialist;
4) chief specialist;
5) of the main specialist.
