Generalities
1. Тhe Department of security of moved objects, provision and monitoring of public services (hereinafter - the Department) is a structural division of the state veterinary Department of akimatakostanay region (hereinafter - the Department).
2. Тhe Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts The President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of veterinary medicine, other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the head of the Department, the regulations of the Department, as well as this Regulation.
3. Тhe Structure and staff number of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Тhe Department consists of:
1) head of Department;
2) chief specialist;
3) chief specialist;
4) chief specialist;
5) chief specialist;
6)of the main specialist.
