Generalities
1.The division of legal services(further – Department) is structural division of "Department of veterinary animateclick region" (further – Management).
2.The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of civil service and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees animateclick region, orders animalsanimal region, by orders of the head of the Administration, position Control, and these regulations.
3. the Structure and staff number of the Department is approved by the head of the Department in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. the Structural division consists of:
1) head of Department;
2) chief specialist;
3) chief specialist.
