1. General provisions
1. The state institution "Department of Finance of Uzunkolsky district" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which manages the areas of district budget execution, accounting, budget accounting and budget reporting on local budget execution, management of district communal property, performing the functions of a single organizer of public procurement for budget programs and (or) goods, works, services within the competence of the local Executive body, determined by the akimat of Uzunkol district within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The state institution "Department of Finance of Uzunkol district" has no departments.
3. the State institution "Department of Finance of Uzunkol district" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
4. State institution "Department of Finance of Uzynkol area" is a legal entity in organizational-legal form of state establishment, has seals and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the account in organs of Committee of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and banks.
5. To the state institution " Department of Finance of Uzunkol district» the working time is set from 9.00 am to 18.30 PM daily (except Saturday and Sunday), with a break for rest and eating from 13.00 am to 14.30 PM.
