1. General provisions
1. State institution " Department of physical culture and sports Uzunkolsky district" (hereinafter - the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides guidance in the field of physical culture and sports.
2. the Department is authorized to perform a number of functions for the management of enterprises and institutions specified in the annexes to this regulation.
3. the Department operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
4. The founder of the Department is the state represented by akimat of Uzynkol area
5. The Department is a legal entity in organizational-legal form of state establishment, has seals and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample,
in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts in the bodies of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and banks.
