General provisions
1. the State institution "Department of internal policy of the akimat of Uzunkol district" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of internal policy.
2. State institution "Department of internal policy of akimat of Uzynkol area" has the Agency:
1) the limited liability partnership "Redaktsiya rayonnoy gazety Uzunkolskiy "Nurly Zhol»;
2) municipal state institution "Youth resource center" of the Department of internal policy of the akimat of Uzunkol district".
3. the State institution "Department of internal policy of the akimat of Uzunkol district" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
4. State institution "Department of internal policy of akimat of Uzynkol area" is a legal entity in organizational-legal form of state establishment, has seals and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the Treasury bodies.
5. the State institution "Department of internal policy of the akimat of Uzunkol district" enters into civil relations on its own behalf.
