Order of the Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 29, 2020 No. 159. Registered with the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 1, 2020 No. 20790
In accordance with subparagraph 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "on public services", I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) rules of rendering the state service "Issue of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts" according to Appendix 1 to this order;
2) rules for rendering the state service "issuance of a permit for temporary export of documents of the National archive Fund that are in state ownership outside the Republic of Kazakhstan" in accordance with Annex 2 to this order;
3) rules of rendering the state service "Apostille of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts originating from the state archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sent abroad" according to Appendix 3 to this order.
2. Recognize some orders of the Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan as invalid in accordance with Annex 4 to this order.
3. The Department of archival Affairs and documentation of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this order in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within two working days after the execution of the measures provided for by this order, submission to the Department of legal service of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the execution of the measures.
4. Control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the supervising Vice-Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
