The village of Presnogorkovka was founded in 1752, in 1991 Presnogorkovsky rural district was formed and includes 7 villages-Presnogorkovka, Volna, pervomayka, Krutoyarka, Peschanka, Beloglinka, Krasny Borok. It is located near the state border with the Russian Federation.
