Yershovsky rural district was founded in 1954 and includes 4 villages-Yershovka, Otyn-Agash, Mirolyubovka and Abay. Located between the district center and the regional center: 15 km. from C. Uzunkol and 150 km South-West of the regional center-Kostanay. The geographical location close to the highway of regional significance favourably contributes to the development of economic activity, the development of engineering and social infrastructure, the expansion of transport accessibility to markets and localities, the creation and development of centers for the provision of public and commercial services, the creation of new jobs and employment.
