In accordance with the PP.1) p. 2, p. 10, article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 №148 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", in connection with the early termination of powers of mayor Novopokrovskiy rural district of Uzynkol area and removal of restrictions on the holding of elections, introduced the pandemic COVID-19 Uzunkolskiy district election Commission DECIDES:
1. to Appoint on July 7, 2020 elections of the mayor of Novopokrovsky rural district of Uzunkolsky district.
2. Set deadlines:
1) nomination of candidates for akims from June 7 to June 11, 2020.
2) registration of candidates for akims from June 7 to June 21, 2020.
3. Approve the Calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of elections of the mayor of Novopokrovsky rural district of Uzunkolsky district.
4. The electoral events to be conducted in accordance with The constitutional Law "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 No. 148, "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
5. Send this resolution to the mayor of Uzunkol district, the Secretary of Uzunkol district maslikhat.
6. Publish this resolution in the district newspaper "Nurly Zhol".
