In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 9, paragraph 2 of article 75 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001, Uzunkol district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the district budget of Uzunkolsky district for 2020-2022 in accordance with appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2020 in the following amounts:
1) income – 3407624,0 thousand tenge, including:
tax receipts – 545531.0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 7000,0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 2500.0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 2852593.0 thousand tenge;
2) expenses – 3407624,0 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – -11232.0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans-0,0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 11232, thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets-0,0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) -11232.0 thousand tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget – -11232.0 thousand tenge.
2. Note that the district budget for 2020 provides for the amount of subvention transferred from the regional budget in the amount of 2852593.0 thousand tenge.
Budget exemptions from the district budget are not provided for in the regional budget.
3. Note that the district budget for 2020 provides for the volume of subventions transferred from the district budget to the budgets of villages and rural districts, in the amount of 474328.0 thousand tenge, including:
Bauman rural district – 14279.0 thousand tenge;
Yershovsky rural district – 32677.0 thousand tenge;
Varvarovka village – 12581.0 thousand tenge;
Karlmark rural district – 9176.0 thousand tenge;
Kiev rural district – 27066.0 thousand tenge;
Kirovsky rural district – 15736.0 thousand tenge;
Novopokrovsky rural district – 26093.0 thousand tenge;
Obagan rural district – 13990,0 thousand tenge;
Petropavlovsk rural district – 13725.0 thousand tenge;
Presnogorkovsky rural district – 31966.0 thousand tenge;
River village – 14495.0 thousand tenge;
Ryazhskoye village – 13280.0 thousand tenge;
Satay rural district – 15040.0 thousand tenge;
Troebratskoe village – 16096.0 thousand tenge;
Uzunkol rural district – 203872.0 thousand tenge;
Fedorovsky rural district – 14256.0 thousand tenge.
Budget exemptions from the budgets of villages and rural districts are not provided for in the district budget.
4. Approve the reserve of the local Executive body of Uzunkol district for 2020 in the amount of 5550,0 thousand tenge.
5. Approve the list of budget programs that are not subject to sequestration in the process of implementing the district budget for 2020, in accordance with Annex 4.
6. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
