Information on the development of standards for the formation and accumulation of municipal waste

 

According to Article 365 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local executive bodies of districts, cities of district and regional significance implement state policy in the field of municipal waste management, including through:

- development and submission for approval to the relevant local representative bodies of standards for the formation and accumulation of municipal waste;

So, as of 04.01.2023, the norms for the formation and accumulation of municipal waste were developed by the akimats of the cities of Arkalyk, Kostanay, Rudny and Altynsarinsky, Amangeldinsky, Auliekolsky, Denisovsky, Dzhangeldinsky, Kamystinsky, Karabalyk, Karasu. Kostanay, Mendykarinsky, Naurzumsky, Sarykolsky, B. Mailin, Uzunkolsky, Fedorovsky districts. These norms have been approved by the maslikhats of the respective cities and districts:

  3. Decision of the maslikhat of the Auliekolsky district No. 43 of 11.08.2022.
