About the approval of the rates of payment for forest use on the sites of the state forest fund of Kostanay region
In accordance with the Forest Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 587 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget (Tax Code)", with paragraph 5 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" Kostanay Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
To approve the rates of payment for forest use in the areas of the State forest Fund of Kostanay region:
1) for the harvesting of wood juices, according to annex 1 to this decision;
2) for secondary forest uses, according to annex 2 to this decision;
3) for harvesting secondary wood resources, according to Annex 3 to this decision;
4) for the use of the plots of the state forest fund of the Kostanay region for the needs of hunting, research, cultural, recreational, tourist and sports purposes, cultivation of planting material of tree and shrub species and plantation plantations for special purposes, according to Annex 4 to this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
