On the rates of payment for the use of water
resources from surface sources for 2022
In accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 38 of the Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kostanay Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
- To approve the rates of payment for the use of water resources from surface sources for 2022 in accordance with the annex to this decision.
- This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
