In accordance with the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2003, article 587 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget (Tax code)", paragraph 5 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" Kostanay
regional maslikhat DECIDED:
To approve the rates of payment for forest use on the plots of the state forest fund of Kostanay region for 2021:
1) for the preparation of wood juices, in accordance with annex 1 to this decision;
2) for secondary forest uses, in accordance with annex 2 to this decision;
3) for the harvesting of secondary wood resources, in accordance with Annex 3 to this decision;
4) for the use of the plots of the state forest fund of the Kostanay region for the needs of hunting, research, health, recreation, historical and cultural, tourist and sports purposes, the cultivation of planting material of tree and shrub species and plantation plantings for special purposes, in accordance with Annex 4 to this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
