About the standards of integrated urban development

Since September 1, 2022, the Methodological Document of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Standard of integrated urban Development" (approved by the Order of the Chairman of the Committee for construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2022 No. 134-NK) has been put into effect for use, of a recommendatory nature.

The standard includes:

"A set of principles for the integrated development of urban areas";

"Standard of development of built-up areas";

"Standard of development of free territories";

"The standard of the formation of the appearance of the city";

"Project Development Guide";

"Project Implementation Guide";

"Elements and nodes of open spaces";

"Fundamental architectural and planning solutions. Residential buildings";

"Basic architectural and planning solutions for landscaping";

"Fundamental architectural and planning solutions. Building blocks".
