If you find yourself in an explosion zone, remain conscious and able to move, then first of all, you must move where there is no smoke and fire.
If you weren’t injured in the explosion, and there are victims nearby, evaluate their condition: is there a pulse, is the person conscious. In no case do not try to bring him to life with the help of ammonia. Loss of consciousness is a protective reaction of the body to external influences.
Carefully probe his bones, in the absence of fractures in the victim, lay him on his side. In the position on the back, it can choke with vomit, on the stomach - suffocate. In case of arterial bleeding (red blood, beating in a fountain), the wound should be plugged as quickly as possible with at least a finger, and then bandaged with a belt, rope, belt, the place above the wound.
If you are under the rubble of a building, try to calm down. Breathe deeply and evenly. Tune in to the fact that rescuers will save you. By voice and knock, draw people's attention. If you are deep under the rubble of a building, move any metal object (ring, keys, etc.) left and right to detect you with an echo finder.
In a confined space, do not light a fire.
Protect oxygen. Move carefully, trying not to cause a new collapse, focus on the movement of air entering from the outside. If you have the opportunity, with the help of improvised items (boards, bricks, etc.), strengthen the ceiling from collapse and wait for help. If you are very thirsty, put a small pebble in your mouth and suck it while breathing through your nose.
