Patriotic Act - Мәңгілік Ел.
Our generation has the highest honor and responsibility under the leadership of Elbasy, First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, to create the history of new Kazakhstan. Rallying around Elbasy, we have come a great way of accomplishment and today we proudly call ourselves citizens of Independent Kazakhstan, a strong and successful state. Following the historical "Word of Independence" by Nursultan Nazarbayev, we, the citizens of Kazakhstan, are united in our desire to build a Nation of the One Future - Mugilik El.The basis of Mugilik El is simple, understandable and most valuable truths for each of us: the well-being of our families, hospitality and hard work, stability, security and unity, confidence in the future.We call for strengthening, preserving and transmitting from generation to generation.
Seven unshakable fundamentals Mugilik El:
Mugilik El is Independence and Astana.
We will be faithful to the great historical mission of strengthening Independence. We will always be proud of Astana as a vivid symbol of the prosperity and strength of our people.
Mugilik El is a nationwide unity, peace and harmony.
We have one Motherland - Independent Kazakhstan, we have One country - One fate.
A people who are faithful to the great cause of peace and harmony will exist for millennia.
Mugilik El is a Secular State and High Spirituality.
The unity of civic and spiritual values allowed us to find our own path and proudly declare ourselves to the whole world. We will continue to fully develop the global dialogue of religions and civilizations that determine the unique spiritual appearance of our country.
Mugilik El is a sustainable economic growth based on innovation.
We will develop the industrial and innovative power of the state, take care of natural resources and the environment, and establish in the society the cult of learning and education as the intellectual foundation of the nation.
Mugilik El is the Society of Universal Labor.
All the achievements and successes of the country are the result of the daily, painstaking work of all Kazakhstanis.
We will strengthen our values of industriousness and responsibility, respect for the Labor Man, creating conditions for realizing the creative potential of every citizen of the country.
Mugilik El is a community of History, Culture and Language.
We will be careful about our shared historical heritage. We will increase the cultural diversity of the people of Kazakhstan. We will follow the principle of developing the state language as the basis for the consolidation of society, trilingualism as the main condition for the competitiveness of the nation. We are a Big Country - A Big Family.
Mugilik El is the National Security and the global participation of Kazakhstan in solving global and regional problems.
We must defend our achievements.
Strengthening national security is the sacred duty of every citizen, patriot of his country.
We will strengthen the country's recognized authority in the international arena, promoting the ideas of peace and harmony.
We will follow the sacred values of Mogilik El.
We will proudly carry the heavenly banner of our Homeland, raise it to new heights of the achievements of our country.
This is our conscious choice in the name of future generations, well-being and prosperity of the people of Kazakhstan!
