The volume of construction work in the region in January-May 2020 amounted to 25 540 million tenge, IFO - 107.9% compared to the same period in 2019.
At the same time, there was a decrease in the volume of construction work in four regions of the region: in the city of Kostaan 92.6% (-795 million tenge), in Amangeldy 30.8 (-405 million tenge), Karasu 55.3% (-387 million tenge) and the largest decrease to the level of the past occurred in Auliekol district of 19.1% (- 2,600 million tenge).
According to the results of 5 months of 2020, investments in housing construction in the region amounted to 16 721 million tenge, or 161.6% of the level of the corresponding period of 2019
With the plan for the commissioning of housing in 2020 - 379.3 thousand square meters. m, over the five months of this year, 135.9 thousand square meters were commissioned for all sources of financing. m of housing or 112.2% of the level of 2019.
At the same time, there was a decrease in housing commissioning in Amangeldy district by 63%, Karasu district by 68% and in the city of Lisakovsk by 48%. Over the 5 months of 2020, 1,439 apartments were commissioned, which is 183 apartments more than last year. Including leased: 84 rental apartments; 234 credit apartments through the ZHSSB through MIO bonds; 852 - commercial apartments; 269 - individual residential buildings.
The largest volume of housing was introduced in the city of Kostanay (65.4%) and in the Kostanay region (14%), they account for 79.4% of the total volume of housing commissioned.
According to the results of five months of 2020, the average actual construction cost of 1 sq. Km. m of the total area of residential buildings in the region, compared with the corresponding period in 2019, increased by 23.3% and determined to 112.7 thousand tenge. The highest cost has developed in Fedorovsky district of 139.8 thousand tenge and in the city of Kostanay 128.7 thousand tenge.
Construction of social rental housing without the right to purchase.
During the reporting period, two rental residential buildings with a total area of 5.2 thousand square meters for 84 apartments were commissioned, including: - 60 apartment residential building with a total area of 4.0 thousand square meters was commissioned in Lisakovsk; - in the Fedorovsky district - a 24-apartment apartment building, with a total area of 1.2 thousand square meters. This year, the region plans to build seven rental residential buildings for socially vulnerable segments of the population without the right to purchase, with a total area of 36.9 thousand square meters. m for 312 apartments, including: - 4 houses in the Yubileiny microdistrict, with a total area of 31.4 thousand square meters. 468 apartments;
- 50 apartment residential building in the city of Rudny, with a total area of 3.9 thousand square meters;
- 2 houses in the Fedorovsky district, with a total area of 1.6 thousand square meters.
In addition, it is planned the reconstruction of 5 houses for rental housing, with a total area of 10.6 thousand square meters. m for 152 apartments.
Construction of credit housing through the system of housing savings through bonds MIO.
In January of this year, two multi-apartment residential buildings No. 6 and No. 18 were put into operation in the Yubileiny microdistrict, with a total area of 16.4 thousand square meters for 234 apartments. By the end of the year, it is planned to complete the construction of 6 credit houses in Kostanay, with a total area of 31.1 thousand square meters for 444 apartments, including: - 2 houses in the Yubileiny microdistrict, with a total area of 8.3 thousand square meters per 120 apartments; - 4 houses in the “Airport” microdistrict, with a total area of 22.8 thousand square meters for 324 apartments.
Commercial and individual construction
In 2020, due to commercial and private developers, it is planned to commission 300.6 thousand square meters of housing.
During the reporting period, 114.4 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned at the expense of commercial and private developers, which makes 84% of the total volume of housing commissioned in the region. Including: 64.4 thousand square meters of housing (852 apartments) were commissioned by commercial developers; 50.0 thousand square meters - individual housing construction (269 houses).
