All state bodies, organizations, quasi-public sector entities and officials are required to combat corruption within their competence.
The heads of state bodies, organizations, and quasi-public sector entities bear disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan for failure to perform or improper performance of official duties to prevent the commission of corruption offenses by subordinate employees.
Identification, suppression, disclosure, investigation and prevention of corruption offenses and prosecution of perpetrators are carried out by the prosecutor's office, national security, internal affairs, military police, economic investigation service, the Frontier Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan .
