For 8 months of 2020, the Departament of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Akimat of Kostanay region received: 3711 letters from government agencies and other organizations on the activities of the Office.
Of them:
in the state language – 2276,
in Russian – 177,
in Kazakh-Russian languages – 1258, as well as 88 appeals, including:
from legal entities – 61 reguests,
from individuals – 27 requests.
There were no repeated appeals. All responses to requests from legal entities and individuals are considered in a timely manner. In the reporting period, there were no violations of the deadlines established by law, and no complaints from the citizens who applied to the work applied to the of the Departments specialists were recorderd.
