GENERALITIES
The state institution "Department of land relations of the Sarykol district akimat" (hereinafter – the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of land relations.
The Department operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President, Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The working mode is established in accordance with the Department's work regulations approved by the head and should not contradict the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots-142
Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot-36;
Issuance of a permit to use a land plot for survey work – 2;
Issuing permits for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another – 4;
