Provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural localities.
A total of 27 public services were rendered in 2019:
- 27 services were provided through the state Corporation "Government for citizens";
- in the electronic version of services.
2. Working with service recipients
1) Information about sources and places of access to information about the procedure for providing public services – the Official Internet resource of the district akimat, the district newspaper "Sarykol", stands in the building of the state institution "Department of economy and budget planning of the Sarykol district akimat"

During the period of 2019, legal monitoring revealed the following: The resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18 February 2009 "On determining the sizes of granting of measures of social support to specialists in the field of health, education, social welfare, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, arrived for work and accommodation at rural settlements" was amended by decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from may 31, 2019 No. 359, in particular increasing the size of the installation grant in the amount of, equal to one hundred times the monthly calculation index.

Standards and regulations for public services are posted on the official intranet resource of the district's mayor's office in places where people are most crowded.
Work continues to translate the procedure for providing public services through PSC and PEP, and awareness-raising is being conducted with people with disabilities to apply for public services through PEP.
