1. General provisions
1) The State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of Mendykara district" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides leadership in the field of ensuring the development of physical culture and sports. Assignment of sports categories: athlete of the 2nd category, athlete of the 3rd category, athlete of the 1st youth category, athlete of the 2nd youth category, athlete of the 3rd youth category and qualification categories: coach of the highest qualification level of the second category, coach of the middle qualification level of the second category, methodologist of the highest qualification level of the second category, methodologist of the middle qualification level of the second category, The instructor is an athlete of the highest level of qualification of the second category, a sports judge.

2) Activities aimed at ensuring transparency in the provision of public services (awareness-raising activities, seminars, meetings, interviews, etc.).
In order to improve the process of providing public services, responsible employees of the Department participate in various seminars, round tables, and meetings on the provision of public services. When applying, service recipients receive qualified advice on the procedure for providing public services.
3. Activities aimed at improving public service delivery processes

All government services provided by the Department are automated.

Public monitoring of the quality of public services in 2025 has been conducted. No violations were detected.
5. Prospects for further efficiency and increased satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of public services – in order to increase efficiency, meetings with coaches and athletes on the provision of public services are planned.
In 2026, it is planned to:
- take all measures for the timely provision of public services;
- to carry out work on an ongoing basis to inform service recipients about the procedure for the provision of public services provided by the Department;
- conducting a public discussion of this report.
