On July 1, 2020 in the structure of GCE "DC "Jubilee" is composed of the following clubs of Mendikara area public network:

2. KFOR-1 (Mikhailovsky);

All institutions, regardless of their form of ownership, perform the main function – creating conditions for organizing leisure, preserving and developing traditional folk art and providing the population of the district with the services of cultural organizations, reviving artistic crafts, developing the creative potential of the population of the district, organizing state and national holidays.
II. Financing of club institutions
During the reporting period, 49,396,0 were allocated from the Republican and district budgets to club institutions of the Mendykarinsky district.for the current period, 18.5 tenge of paid services were provided to the population.

During the reporting period, Yubileyny DC purchased material assets for a total of 3,576. 0 tenge.

Stage costumes were purchased for the choreographic group "Zhuldyz", the vocal group "Nur-style", leading and soloists in the amount of 34 pieces. for the total amount-3000,0 tenge.
As of July 1, there are no emergency buildings that require major repairs out of the entire network of the Yubileyny RC RC. Of the 15 rural cultural institutions of the club type, 12 have Central heating, and 3 rural clubs have furnace heating (Dolbushinsky s/C, Ivanovsky s/C, Krasnopresnensky s/C).
The presence of vehicles on the balance sheet of the SCCP "DC "Yubileyny" is absent.
The availability of musical instruments in rural clubs and KFOR leaves much to be desired. Of the entire club network, only the Yubileyny recreation center is fully equipped with the necessary musical instruments, partially Mikhailovsky SDK, Budenovsky SDK, Kharkiv SDK.
Stage costumes are fully equipped with the Yubileyny DC, partially equipped with the Mikhailovsky SDK-1 set, the Kharkiv SDK-13 sets, and the Budenovsky SDK-2 sets.

As of July 1, 2020, there are 77 club formations in the club institutions of Mendykarinsky district, which are visited by 794 people.

The development of Amateur creativity and artistic skill is designed to engage creative workers and leaders of creative groups of Amateur art of the state enterprise "Yubileyny". During the reporting period, concerts of creative groups and a number of individual performers were organized and held. Of course, all this work is carried out thanks to the contribution of competent, experienced and highly professional team leaders. They are the ones who conduct daily painstaking work with Amateur participants and lead them to creative success and victories! The reporting period was very fruitful and eventful for Amateur groups of the SCCP "Yubileyny". Since March 16, due to the pandemic and the state of emergency in the country, all events were held in an online format in the social network Instagram.
