Applications for paper services of public service centers can be submitted remotely
According to the decisions of the chief regional sanitary doctors, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, the population service centers in different areas work on a reduced schedule. In addition, getting into the public service center is possible only after pre-booking the queue. In this regard, the Government for citizens, together with other state bodies, considered the possibility of submitting applications for certain paper services remotely by submitting an electronic application on the eGov.kz portal.
So, now through the “Electronic Appeals” service, you can apply for 24 types of state social security services: assignment of retirement benefits by age, assignment of social benefits for cases of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth, assignment of state special benefits, etc.
It is planned that in the near future this list will be replenished with 6 more services, including the appointment of a lump sum payment for burial, the appointment of a social payment in case of loss of a breadwinner, etc.
In order to submit an application, a citizen needs to log in to egov.kz through an electronic digital signature. Next, select the service “Electronic appeals” and order the service online. Then fill in personal information, including postal address, phone, service name, etc.
It is also necessary to download scanned copies of documents (you can find the necessary list in the contact center 1414 or in the section “Standards of public services” on the gov4c.kz website), including an application written in any form with the personal signature of the service recipient. In the column "To whom?" - indicate the service provider - the regional division of the state agency that provides services depending on the place of registration of the service recipient (the service provider is listed in the list of government services).
For example, for the service, the purpose of social benefits for cases of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth should be addressed to the regional branch of the Government for Citizens, and for the service, the appointment of state targeted social assistance should be addressed to the territorial units for coordinating employment and social programs.
