A shorter work schedule is temporarily introduced in public service centers of the Kostanai region
Centers for servicing the population of Kostanai oblast temporarily changed their work schedule. According to the decree of the chief medical officer of the region No. 36 dated 07/04/2020, PSCs will receive citizens from 09.00 to 16.00 hours. On Saturday, PSCs will not work.
“All PSCs of the Kostanay region will now work from 09.00 to 16.00. But separately I would like to draw attention to the work of public service centers in Kostanay. Now PSCs of the regional center are working in a new format. Only “paper” services are provided, citizens receive electronic services independently or in egov corners. You can get services in Kostanai public service centers only after having pre-booked a queue. At the same time, when booking a queue, time is automatically given both on the portal and in the telegram bot from 9.00 to 19.30. Attention! Taking into account the new schedule, in order to receive services in the public services departments of Kostanay it is necessary to book a queue from 9.00 to 15.30 hours. A reservation at a later time will be considered void. Booking on Saturday will be considered invalid for the time being,” - explained Yaroslavа Bogatyrevа, a PR manager of the branch of the Government for Citizens State Corporation NAO.
You can book a queue in several ways: through a special service on the egov.kz electronic government portal, at 1414, or through the Telegram bot EgovKzBot2.0.
In order to comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards, visits to public health centers are possible with the obligatory presence of a medical mask. It is also necessary to maintain a social distance.
