The development of the draft budget of the district for 2023-2025 was carried out in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 and the forecast for the socio-economic development of the region for 2023-2027 and the annual Messages of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan.
Interbudgetary relations between the regional and district (cities of regional significance) budgets were approved by the decision of the Kostanay regional maslikhat dated December 14, 2022 No. 262 “On the volume of general transfers between the regional budget and the budgets of districts (cities of regional significance) of Kostanay region for 2023-2025”.
