In accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" Akim of Borovskoye village DECIDED:
1. Rename the street of the village of Borovskoye Tubsanatorium, to the street Muhamedzhan Karabayev.
2. The State Institution "The Office of the Akim of the village of Borovskoye", in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure the state registration of this decision in the Department of Justice of the Kostanay region.
3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
