Draft resolution of the akimat of the Mendykarinsky district “On approval of the Regulations on the state institution “Apparatus of the akim of the Mendykarinsky district” (hereinafter referred to as the draft), in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan” Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 590 "On some issues of organizing the activities of state bodies and their structural divisions."
The purpose of adopting this resolution is to bring it into line with the current legislation and on the basis of the clarification of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 17, 2021 No. 02-5-/2674-I.
