Rights and responsibilities:
request and receive necessary information, documents and other materials from state bodies and other organizations within the limits of their competence;
has the right to be a plaintiff and a defendant in court, on issues related to its competence;
performs other rights and obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Organization of the activities of the state body.
