The meeting of the Mendykarinsky district Land Commission is held in accordance with Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is recorded using audio-video recording.

Absent: Nurlan Dyusembayevich Ismakov – a representative of the local population of the Krasnopresnensky rural district, there is a quorum, the meeting of the land commission is considered competent.
According to the results of opening the envelopes, the land commission, having studied all applications and bids for their completeness and availability of documents that meet the requirements of Article 43-1 and the Rules, recognized the valid bids of 10 participants for 6 lots. Applications were rejected:
Since two applications were submitted for lot No. 1 (k/x Zhunusova B.M. and k/x Akhmetgaliev T.Zh.) and the application of Akhmetgaliev T.Zh. was rejected from participation in the competition, consider the competition for lot No. 1 to have failed.
Lot No. 2 – 3 applications were accepted:
1) IP "Nurabaev N.K." Nurabaev N.K. - the planned volume of investments per 1 hectare is 53,078 thousand tenge, 20 points + 10 points were assigned as a local resident, a total of 30 points
2) k/x "Zhunusova B.M." Zhunusova B.M. - the planned investment volume for 1 ha is 151,247 thousand tenge, 20 points were awarded
3) IP "Omarov" Omarov U.B. - the planned investment volume for 1 ha is 165,428 thousand tenge, 20 points + 10 points were assigned as a local resident, a total of 30 points
The highest score was scored by IP "Nurabaev N.K." Nurabaev N.K. and IP "Omarov" Omarov U.B. If the points are equal, the winner is determined by voting.

Lot No. 3 – 2 applications were accepted:
1) k/x "Zhunusova B.M." Zhunusova B.M. - the planned investment volume for 1 ha is 151,247 thousand tenge, 20 points were awarded
2) IP "Omarov" Omarov U.B. - the planned investment volume for 1 ha is 165,428 thousand tenge, 20 points + 10 points were assigned as a local resident, a total of 30 points
The highest score is given to the sole proprietor "Omarov" Omarov U.B., he was recognized as the winner of this lot.
Lot No. 4 – 3 applications were accepted:
1) IP "Nurabaev N.K." Nurabaev N.K. - the planned volume of investments per 1 ha is 53,078 thousand tenge, 20 points + 10 points were assigned as a local resident, a total of 30 points
2) k/x "Zhunusova B.M." Zhunusova B.M. - the planned investment volume for 1 ha is 151,247 thousand tenge, 20 points were awarded
3) IP "Omarov" Omarov U.B. - the planned investment volume for 1 ha is 165,428 thousand tenge, 20 points + 10 points were assigned as a local resident, a total of 30 points
4) k/x "Nurakhmetov A.K." Nurakhmetov A.K. - the planned volume of investments per 1 ha is 0, 0 points+ 10 points are assigned as a local resident, a total of 10 points
The highest score was scored by IP "Nurabaev N.K." Nurabaev N.K. and IP "Omarov" Omarov U.B.
A member of the commission Nurakhmetov E.K. was suspended from voting on this lot, in order to avoid a conflict of interests at the request of the company Nurakhmetov A.K..
If the points are equal, the winner is determined by voting.

IP "Omarov" Omarov U.B. "for" - 7 "against" - 6.
The winner was the application of IP "Omarov" Omarov U.B.
For a good reason, a member of the commission, A.A. Rezh, left the meeting of the commission, while leaving his written opinion on the voting of the remaining three lots. Taking into account his opinion, his vote will be joined to the voting members of the commission.
