About formation of polling stations in the territory of Mendykarinsky district
In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 23 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28 September 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in coordination with Mendykarinsky district territorial electoral Commission, the Governor of Mendikara area DECIDED:
1. To establish polling stations on the territory of Mendikara area according to the application.
2. To recognize become invalid the decision of akim of Mendikara area from 23 February 2015 No. 3 "About formation of electoral precincts on the territory of Mendikara area" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5377 published on 26 February 2015 in the newspaper "Madera uni").
3. State institution "akim's Apparatus of Mendikara area" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the Mendykarinsky district akimat after its official publication.
4. Control over the implementation of this decision should be assigned to the head of the administration of the mayor of Mendykarinsky district.
5. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
