On amendments to the decree of the mayor's office dated February 26, 2015 No. 52 "on determining places for placement of campaign printed materials in the territory of Mendykarinsky district»
In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self–government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the joint resolution of the akimat of Kostanay region dated December 18, 2019 No. 5 and the decision of the Kostanay regional maslikhat dated December 18, 2019 No. 456 "on changes in the administrative and territorial structure of Kostanay region", the akimat of Mendykarinsky district DECIDES:
1. To amend the decree of the district akimat "On determination of places for posting of printed campaign materials in the territory of Mendikara area" dated 26 February 2015 No. 52 (published in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 10 April 2015, registered in the state Register of normative legal acts on March 17, 2015 under number 5429) following changes:
in the Annex to the resolution of the lines numbers 18, 6, delete.
2. State institution "Apparatus of akim of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of The mendykarinsky district akimat after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the head of the district akim's office.
This resolution shall enter into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
