About providing premises to candidates on a contractual basis for meetings with voters in the Mendykarinsky district
On the basis of paragraph 4 of article 28 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28 September 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of article 31 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Governor's office of mendykara district DECIDES:
1. Provide candidates on a contractual basis with premises for meetings with voters in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
2. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the head of the office of the mayor of Mendykarinsky district A. M. kavketayev.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
