About conducting an internal
analysis of corruption risks
In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 "On Combating Corruption", I ORDER:
To conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks in the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and highways of Mendykarinsky district" from April 1 to May 16, 2022 in the direction of "identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the unit", "identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the state institution" for the period from September 2021 to March 2022.
Appoint the chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of Mendykarinsky district" Ayapov Serik Seilkhanovich responsible for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks.
I reserve the leadership, coordination and responsibility for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks and the result of my work.
