About establishment of the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing fund of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region

 

         In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 1 of Article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Construction and Housing and Communal Services dated August 26, 2011 No. 306 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the amount of fees for the use of housing from the state housing fund" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 7232), Akimat of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region DECIDES:

  1. To establish the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing fund of the Mendykarinsky district of the Kostanay region in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
  2. To recognize the resolutions of the Akimat of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region as invalid in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
  3. The State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger Transport and highways of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

         1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

         2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of

Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region after its official publication;

  1. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
