On amendments to the decision of Akim of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region No. 4 dated October 12, 2020 «On the formation of polling stations on the territory of Mendykarinsky district»
decided:
- To make the following amendment to the decision of the Akim of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region "On the formation of polling stations in the territory of Mendykarinsky district" dated October 12, 2020 No. 4 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 9494):
to set out the annex to the said decision in a new edition, according to the annex to this decision.
- The state institution "Apparatus of Akim of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region after its official publication.
- Control over the execution of this decision should be entrusted to the head of the state institution "The Apparatus of Akim of Mendykarinsky district".
- This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
