On amendments to the Decree of the Akimat of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region dated February 26, 2015 No. 52 «On determining places for the placement of propaganda printed materials in the territory of Mendykarinsky district»
Akimat of Mendykarinsky district DECIDES:
- To make the following amendment to the decree of the Akimat of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region "On determining places for the placement of propaganda printed materials on the territory of Mendykarinsky district" dated February 26, 2015 No. 52 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 5429):
to set out the annex to the said resolution in a new edition, according to the annex to this resolution.
- The state institution "Apparatus of Akim of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Mendykarinsky district of Kostanay region after its official publication.
- To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the head of the state institution "The Apparatus of Akim of Mendykarinsky district".
- This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
