About the approval of names, indexes and the list of public roads of regional significance

Mendykarinsky district

 

In accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 3, paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Highways", the Akimat of Mendykarinsky district DECIDES:

  1. To approve the names, indexes and list of public roads of district significance of Mendykarinsky district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
  2. The State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Mendykarinsky district after its official publication.

  1. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Mendykarinsky district.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
