On the establishment of the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing fund
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", by Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Construction and Housing and Communal Services dated August 26, 2011 No. 306 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing Stock" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory legal Acts for No. 7232), the akimat of Mendykarinsky district DECIDES:
To establish the amount of payment for the use of housing from the state housing stock in residential buildings in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
To recognize the resolutions of the Akimat of Mendykarinsky district as invalid in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
The State institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Mendykarinsky district after its official publication;
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
