The purpose of the budget program is to provide social support to specialists of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements.
The final result of the budget program is to increase the human resources potential due to state support for 10 specialists who arrived to work in the village. Provision of budget loans in the amount of no more than 1500 times the calculated indicator for the purchase or construction of housing.
