The concept of public service is enshrined in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services" - this is one of the forms of implementation of individual state functions carried out individually at the request of service recipients and aimed at realizing their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, providing them with appropriate tangible and intangible benefits.
