The state institution" Office of the Akim of Pervomaysky rural district of mendykarinsky district " is a state institution that ensures the activities of the Akim of Pervomaysky rural district. The mission of the state institution" Office of Akim of Pervomaysky rural district of mendykarinsky district " (hereinafter referred to as the Office of Akim of Pervomaysky rural district) is to provide information and analytical, organizational, legal, material and technical support for the activities of the Akim of the rural district, to solve issues of local significance.
In accordance with the rules for the provision of public services, the order of the minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301 provides 6 types of public services in the Office of the Akim of Pervomaysky rural district:
- Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within a locality;
- Issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot;
-Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions).
- Placing on the waiting list for obtaining a land plot
-Sale of a land plot in private ownership at the same time or in installments
- Assignment of State targeted social assistance;

In 2021, the total number of public services rendered by the state institution" Office of Akim of Pervomaysky rural district of Mendykarinsky district " was 32. There were no violations of the terms of rendering public services, and there were no complaints from the population about the provision of low-quality public services.
In order to increase the level of satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of public services rendered, the Office of the Akim of the rural district conducts the following work::
- Prevention of violations of the terms of rendering public services
- timely informing the population about the procedure for providing public services through mass media and information stands;
- planning explanatory events;
- Publication in the media and on the website of the mayor of Mendykarinsky district;
- increasing the share of public services provided through the e-government portal.
