Report on the activities of the state institution "Office of Akim of Budyonny rural district of Mendykarinsky district" on the provision of public services for 2021.

 

In accordance with the order of the minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301, the rules for the provision of public services were approved. The state institution "Office of Akim of Budyonny rural district of mendykarinsky District of Kostanay region" provides the following public services: :

1. "issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot";
2. "provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within a locality";

3."acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding(contests, auctions)";

4."sale of a land plot in private ownership once or in installments";

5."placing on the waiting list for obtaining a land plot".

In 2021, the state institution" Office of the Akim of Budyonny rural district of mendykarinsky District of Kostanay region "provided 5 public services provided through the www portal" electronic licensing". eLicense. KZ legal entity "to obtain rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions)". The services were provided on time without violating the approved rules.

For the convenience and quality of public services, the Akim's office has a self-service corner.

In 2021, through the e-government portal, 810 copies of electronic digital signatures were issued to the population through the mobile PSC.

Service recipients did not complain about the actions (omissions) of officials of the office on the provision of public services.
