In accordance with the Law No. 88-V, Resolution No. 39/NC of the Acting Minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 "on approval of the Register of Public Services", 6 types of public services are provided free of charge:
2."issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot";
3."granting the right to own a land plot owned by the state that does not require sales (contests,auctions)";
4."sale of a land plot to private ownership with immediate payment or in installments";
6."assignment of State targeted social assistance".
