The total territory of the rural district is: 36.1 thousand hectares, including: arable land – 25.5 thousand. ha, pastures - 3.1 thousand hectares, lands of settlements - 2.6 thousand hectares.
Entrepreneurship:
In the rural district, there are 6 small business entities in the field of trade, 1 catering point.
Education:
There are 2 schools on the territory of Budyonnovsky rural district: a secondary school in the village of Budyonnovka has 110 students. Primary school in the village of Kyzyl-Tu - 5 students. In the village of Budennovka, there is a mini-center with a full-day stay of 21 children, the number of educators is 2.
Healthcare:
Medical care of the population of the rural district is provided by: A paramedic-obstetric station in the village of Budennovka, in which 2 medical workers work. The paramedic-obstetric center is equipped with medical equipment. A medical center in the village of Kyzyl-Tu, where 1 medical worker works.
The development of the draft budget of the rural district for 2022-2024 was carried out in accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008 and the annual Messages of the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan.
The decision of the Mendykarinsky district Maslikhat No. 75 dated December 31, 2021 "On the district budget of the Mendykarinsky district for 2022-2024" established the volumes of budget subventions and transfers transferred from the district budget to the budgets of villages and rural districts for 2022-2024.
