In accordance with Article 23 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", in coordination with the Mendykarinsky district Territorial Election Commission, the akim of the Mendykarinsky district DECIDED:
To form polling stations on the territory of the Mendykarinsky district in accordance with the annex to this decision.
To invalidate the decision of the akim of the Mendykarinsky district "On the formation of polling stations on the territory of the Mendykarinsky district" dated October 12, 2020 No. 4 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9494).
3. The State institution "Apparatus of Akim of Mendykarinsky district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of Mendykarinsky district after its official publication.
4. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the head of the akim's office of the Mendykarinsky district.
5. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
