The list of documents required for special verification

To conduct a special check, the candidate provides the following list of mandatory documents:

1. Copies of diplomas with appendices
2. Photo 3x4 – 2 pcs.
3. A copy of the identity card
4. Copies of certificates of submission of the declaration for the candidate and the spouse (spouse).
5. The questionnaire of the established sample
6. Autobiography of the established sample
7. Copies of the certificate of conclusion (dissolution) of marriage
8. Copies of the death certificate of relatives (father, mother, sister, brother).
